The accountant portal is completely free. You do not need your own Clockr subscription: you simply manage your clients' accounts, and they automatically benefit from 30% discount.
Clients who have already signed up? Invite them to link via your partner account; they will immediately receive 30% discount.
Yes, you can try Clockr free for 30 days with no credit card required. After the trial your account remains active once you set up a payment method. If you do not, your access will be suspended.
New users are included from the next monthly invoice date. You will never be charged part-way through a billing period.
We collect monthly via direct debit (Belgian or Dutch account) or credit card. The authorisation is set up once via a secure payment page.
Yes, deactivated users are not charged. You only pay for active accounts.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
A user is anyone with an active account in Clockr. Inactive accounts are not charged.
The invoice obligation always rests with you as the client, even if your accountant created your account. You receive the invoice directly from Clockr.
